Administering Questionnaires

Before you can administer questionnaires, you must have a user account.  
If you do not have a user account, email npwats@wm.edu to request one. Indicate whether you want to administer the questionnaires by using the server at the College of William and Mary (W&M) or by installing the customized LimeSurvey package on your own server. Also indicate which questionnaires you want to administer. Please see the information below.

I recommend installation on your own server because I cannot guarantee indefinite availability on the W&M server. To install on your own server, see INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION ON ANOTHER SERVER.

The single questionnaires and the sets of questionnaires listed below are available for administration.
  1. Personal Constructs for Research Use (six counterbalanced orders of real, ideal, and ought selves based on Participant Code).
  2. Personal Constructs, Importance of  Ideal Self, Importance of Ought Self, and Reference Person(s) for Ought Self for Research Use (six counterbalanced orders of real, ideal, and ought selves, Importance of Ideal Self, and Importance of Ought Self based on Participant Code).
  3. Conventional Constructs for Research Use (six counterbalanced orders of real, ideal, and ought selves based on Participant Code).
  4. Conventional Constructs, Importance of Ideal Self, Importance of Ought Self, and Reference Person(s) for Ought Self for Research Use (six counterbalanced orders of real, ideal, and ought selves, Importance of Ideal Self, and Importance of Ought Self based on Participant Code).
  5. Personal Constructs, Conventional Constructs, Abstract Measures, Importance of Ideal Self, Importance of Ought Self and Reference Person(s) for Ought Self for Research Use (six counterbalanced orders of real, ideal, and ought selves, Importance of Ideal Self, and Importance of Ought Self within 12 partially counterbalanced orders of all the questionnaires based on Participant Code).
  6. Personal Constructs, Importance of  Ideal Self, Importance of Ought Self, and Reference Person(s) for Ought Self for Clinical Use & Research Use (The order of real, ideal, and ought selves is real, ideal, and ought. There is no counterbalancing of the order based on Participant Code.)
        Abbreviations of names of questionnaires:
        PC = Self-Concept Questionnaire -- Personal Constructs
        CC = Self-Concept Questionnaire -- Conventional Constructs
        AM = Abstract Measures of Real-Ideal and Real-Ought Discrepancies
        Imp = Importance of Ideal Self and Importance of Ought Self
        Ref = Reference Person(s) for Ought Self

Click your questionnaire(s) of choice in the left column of this page and then click the Configuration link to access instructions for how to set up your questionnaire(s) for administration. Then click the Administering to Participants link to access instructions for actual administration.
